Study Management in the Student Lifecycle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We coordinate the modeling of examination regulations and advise and support course and examination managers in all matters related to JGU\u2019s campus management system. We develop central templates for documents used for course and examination management, such as transcripts and certificates. New employees in the student advising offices and examination offices are trained by our team. We also provide corresponding information materials.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Student Management, Application, and Admission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support and advise the departments in using CampusNet and JOGU-StINe for student management, including managing student information, carrying out typical actions such as academic leaves of absence or exmatriculation, managing fees, assisting with the preparation of official statistics, and setting up electronic application portals. Furthermore, we configure and monitor application and admission processes and support the implementation of new concepts.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Database Services and Interfaces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We create CampusNet reports according to specific requests from JGU\u2019s central and decentralized institutions and provide the information on a secure server in accordance with data protection regulations. The information used in the reports is extracted live from the central database of the campus management system JOGU-StINe\/CampusNet and provided as required, with access controlled according to user permissions. Each report can be exported either as a PDF with a title page and data protection information, or as an Excel file. In addition, we are expanding the applicability of the campus management system by connecting it to other applications through various interfaces and services.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n
