- Operate, maintain, and inspect the technical building equipment
- Repair buildings in the DIN KG (cost groups) 300 and 400 up to an amount of €10,000
- Participate in handover processes
- Maintain the entry and lock systems
- Provide advice, process general requests, and prepare resources for decisions to be made in all areas related to technical building equipment (electrical issues, heating, ventilation, sanitation, laboratories, machine engineering)
- Carry out construction projects according to the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers) building phases 1-9 in cooperation with the Planning and Construction Management – for new construction projects – for appointment measures – for building maintenance – for small remodeling and optimization projects
- Prepare and support renovations, as well as the construction and remodeling of operative facilities through the LBB
- Organize maintenance work
- Technical management of the car pool
- Administer the meter infrastructure
- Conduct energy assessments of buildings
- Plan and implement energy-saving measures
- Conduct the energy-optimized operation of technical systems
- Involve users in energy-saving activities
- Enter meter readings
- Evaluate consumption data
- Check the plausibility of consumption data
